By creating an account or using Don't SPAM Me (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Don't SPAM Me lets you create email aliases that forward mail to your real inbox. You can disable any alias at any time. The Service is offered as-is and we may update, change, or discontinue features at our discretion.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing, malware, or harassing content.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity to defraud anyone.
• Violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or abuse third-party services.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal commercial activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service is free to use today. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll give you advance notice and you can choose whether to continue.

The Service and its content (other than your data) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of mail and data you send through the Service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law. After termination, we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific message will be delivered or received.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (or, if you paid nothing, fifty dollars). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
